We use your submission to respond to your enquiry or review your application for potential representation. Submitting an application does not guarantee representation; a booking enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Photographs and access
Application photographs are kept in private storage. Submitted information is restricted to authorised agency staff and is not automatically published or added to the public model directory.
Retention and your choices
The agency must confirm its retention period before launch. You may request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information by contacting the agency. The agency’s approved privacy contact and legal entity details will be added before launch.
Applicants under 18
Applications from anyone under 18 must be made with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who provides their own email address. RÈGNE will contact the parent or guardian about the application, any meeting will take place with them present, and a minor’s digitals are stored privately and seen only by the agency team. A parent or guardian may ask for the application and photographs to be deleted at any time.

Optional analytics will require your consent before being enabled. Sensitive application data and photographs must not be included in analytics events.
